Well, what do you know? A One Direction guy can fly under the radar unnoticed--Niall Horan just returned home from getting knee surgery in Colorado recently.

Pics of Niall on crutches arriving in London landed online overnight and then a bit of a dust-up happened on Twitter, as fans accused Niall of lying about where he's been!
While it was rumored that Niall would be coming to the U.S. for his surgery, he really kept things under wrap (see...that's how it's done, Harry!).
Did the One Direction star fake out fans by making it appear he's been home all this time?
Niall tweeted about the surgery, writing, "Hey guys I know most of you have seen those pics today! Yes I've had major knee surgery , a much larger surgery than first anticipated"
He continued: "But i would like to tell u , it was a complete success ! Considering the scale of it! So all I ask of you guys is that you would respect my... Privacy as I try to recover and get for the where we are tour!"
