Was Justin Bieber's new girl Chantel Jeffries going to squeal about what all went down during his DUI arrest? You bet!
The girl that was sitting shotgun in the car that Justin got pulled over in in Miami when he got a DUI last week has reportedly been trying to sell her story to multiple media outlets.
Multiple sources told Page Six that a rep for Bieber's new boo reached out to magazines and producers of shows like "Good Morning America," "Today" and "Inside Edition" to talk about that night with the Biebs.
One source said, "She hired an attorney and was negotiating a deal with the weekly magazines and the big TV shows. She wanted $20,000 plus a guaranteed mention of her modeling career."
Another insider told the publication, "Chantel was talking to all the networks, but they refused to pay her. Yesterday [Monday] she abruptly pulled out of all the discussions."
Why did she decide to ax the interview? Well remember that "save Justin retreat" we told you about that went down last weekend in Panama? She was there with him! The model was spotted on the beach with Bieber at Punta Chame.
So now of course all of this has us wondering...Why was she going to spill the beans before? Was she upset with Justin and now she's not? Maybe he's just swooning her right now because he wants her to hush up? Hmm...! What do you guys think?
