Justin Bieber's new album has become the lowest-charting of his career to date.
The star's new collection Journals includes all ten of his recent #MusicMondays single releases, as well as five new tracks.
It meant fans could purchase singles and then use the 'Complete My Album' feature on iTunes to pay a lower price, or wait for the full set to buy all at once.
However, Journals has failed to crack the Top 40 in the UK, so far peaking at number 46.
What's more, it has so far claimed peak positions of 35 in Australia, 64 in Ireland, 38 in Italy and 174 in France.
In the US, Billboard has been informed that iTunes will not disclose the sales numbers for Journals to Nielsen SoundScan, meaning the album will not appear on the chart, The Hollywood Reporter states.
In comparison, Bieber's previous album Believe - which had a more traditional release strategy - went straight to number one in most territories back in 2012.
Journals' initial chart placings are based solely on a digital release through iTunes, with a physical release currently not scheduled.
The poor charting of Journals follows the disappointing box office performance of Bieber's latest film Believe, which took $3.1 million during its first three days in the US.
That was compared with the $29.5 million his first film Never Say Never made during the same timeframe back in 2011.
