Justin Bieber unveils new compass tattoo... just one day after revealing joker inking

He displayed increasingly erratic behaviour last year.

And perhaps Justin Bieber's new tattoo will help give the 19-year-old some direction.

The singer unveiled a compass tattoo on his tricep on Sunday, just one day after revealing an inking of a joker on his forearm.

In the Instagram shot, Justin sits shirtless as he looks at the camera, his arm and the tattoo prominently displayed.

The tattoo is his 22nd, and depicts a black-and-white compass, with the dial pointing just east of south.

It comes a day after he showed off another new tattoo of a jester's face with the signature hat tipped with bells.

The image is drawn in black and is placed under his seventh tattoo, a tiny Japanese kanji symbol for music, which he had done in July 2012.

The chart-topping superstar has already filled up his other arm with body art.

It's not clear when Justin had the new inkings tattooed. Website Listomania had catalogued 20 tatts up until August, when celebrity tattoo artist Keith 'Bang Bang' McCurdy completed the three-quarter sleeve of images on his left arm with a rose and extra shading to link the images together.

And there was no extra etchings as late as December 16 when the Never Say Never singer's arms were in full view as he met fans outside the Power 106 radio station in Burbank for an interview.

So the teen celebrity may be starting a new sleeve of tattoos.

Meanwhile, it looks increasingly likely the Canadian teen will be charged with a felony for allegedly throwing eggs at his neighbour's home in Calabasas, California, on Thursday night, according to TMZ, citing sources at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's office.

The sources said that two detectives met the property owner and they now believe this is their best chance to nail the Biebs because they have both video of the incident and physical evidence.

The detectives told the homeowner they need repair estimates by Monday, according to TMZ.

In California, if the damage is greater than $400 it becomes felony vandalism. The insider told the website the repairs are like to cost thousands of dollars because the pricey Venetian plaster on the outside of the house has to be redone.

Expensive doors and other items were also either allegedly damaged or ruined. The D.A. should get the case next week.

On Friday Lt. Jennifer Brash told People, 'It's currently under investigation and [Justin Bieber] is a named suspect,'

In the video, the neighbour can be heard shouting: 'I can f***ing see you!' as the footage shows the damage that was allegedly done by the star.

TMZ claims that the alleged incident was attended by the L.A. County Sheriff office, who were called to the scene as it unfolded.

The neighbour 'heard something banging against his house in Calabasas around 7:30 PM Thursday, and when he stepped on to a second floor balcony ... he says he saw Justin down below hurling eggs at his front door,' the website reports.

Featuring a gallery of images showing smashed eggs on the property, the website adds that there was also a verbal altercation between the pair with the neighbour shouting: 'What the hell are you doing?'

Then another voice, apparently Justin's, shouted back: 'F**k you! I got another one for you, actually!'

The neighbour's daughter, who TMZ reported is 13 years old, then called the police upon instruction from her father - and sounds clearly panicked.

Officers from the LA County Sheriff department have confirmed that deputies responded to the call for assistance and obtained a statement.

It is not yet known if they spoke with Bieber himself.

If true, the news is just the latest clash in the affluent LA county city of Calabasas, which is located in the hills west of California's San Fernando Valley.

Justin has reportedly frequently upset neighbours with noisy house parties and speeding in recent months.

In March last year he was said to have spat in a neighbour's face after he was confronted over speeding in his Ferrari. The LA Sheriff's Department was said to be investigating the incident, during which Justin was alleged to have said: 'I'm going to f**king kill you.'

In November, police attended his home three times in one night when he held a major party.

According to TMZ, the noise got out of control and neighbours called the police at 1am, the LA County Sheriff's deputies then allegedly paid Justin a call and told him to keep the noise down.

A representative for the pop star has been approached by MailOnline, but is yet to respond.
