Another Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner sighting--this time, it was date night at...a Rite Aid in L.A.?

Harry and Kendall were reportedly spotted together at Rite Aid, and a pic showing Harry driving Kendall's car quickly made its way on Twitter.
While Kendall wasn't easily seen (at all?), it appears that someone was also in the back seat (Harry's pal, Cal Aurand, perhaps?).
Certainly, you didn't think Harry and Kendall's ski vacation was the last we would see of Hendall, did you?
And then there's the matter of what Harry is holding in his teeth, because Twitter blew up with theories that he was holding onto a condom (as if)--it looks more like a receipt to us, folks.
Meanwhile, Kendall deleted an Instagram pic of the inside her Range Rover after fans noticed that the car freshener in her pic was the same as that seen in the new Harry pic.
And the PR stunt rumors rage on...
