Just when you thought you were the only one dreading Valentine's Day this year...so is Justin Bieber!
He's not looking forward to the day of love because he's not with Selena Gomez anymore but because he has to go to court! The superstar is scheduled to be arraigned February 14th on charges of drunk driving, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The Biebs probably won't be there though. He technically doesn't have to appear in court that day if his attorney, Roy Black, shows up and enters a plea on his behalf.
All of this comes after Justin was popped speeding and drag racing down a strip in Miami with his friends last Thursday. He was pulled over by the police and charged with DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.
