So sad! 'Fast and The Furious' star Paul Walker died this afternoon in a car accident. He was only 40 years old.
TMZ is reporting that the actor crashed in Santa Clarita, which is in northern Los Angeles. He was at a car show to support the Philippines typhoon relief effort. He was taking friends out for rides in his new Porsche GT. The accident reportedly occurred during one of those drives.
Paul's rep sadly confirmed the news by saying, "Sadly, I must confirm that Paul did pass away this afternoon. I don't have an official statement at this time."
The news was also confirmed on his Twitter and Facebook pages.
The actor wasn't the only person to pass away in the crash either. There was another person in the car with him too.
Paul's known for his major role in the 'Fast and The Furious' movies. He has a 15-year-old daughter named Meadow.
