It looks like Taylor Swift got her birthday present early this year. The singer was just nominated for a Golden Globe award!
The big nomination is for Tay's hit song "Sweeter Than Fiction" from the movie One Chance. The movie is about a shy, bullied shop assistant by day and an amateur opera singer by night who became a phenomenon after winning Britain's Got Talent. Taylor's tune is up for an award in the Best Original Song category.
Taylor's fans and good friend, actress Lena Dunham, went to Twitter to congratulate her (and her own boyfriend) for penning the song together and getting nominated too.
"Also so happy for @taylorswift13 @jackantonoff who wrote my favorite song of the year. You will never guess which one's my lover," Lena tweeted.
This isn't Taylor's first Golden Globe nomination though. Her hit song "Safe & Sound" from The Hunger Games was nominated too (but she lost to Adele). Taylor will celebrate her 24th birthday on Friday, December 13. Check back to Cambio for more b-day details.
