Just when you thought Miley Cyrus couldn't do anymore weird stuff this year, she does something as rare as Chanukah falling on Thanksgiving by being listed on Time's Worst and Best-Dressed lists of 2013.
On Wednesday, Time released it's 54 wide-ranging "Top 10 everything" lists, which includes this year's most-talked about pop star on the magazine's annual list index.
Ranked No. 1 as the Worst-Dressed celebrity of the year was a moment hardly anyone could forget: Cyrus' nude-colored two-piece, seen after she stripped down from her teddy bear costume, at the MTV VMAs. Coming in close at No. 2 was Kim Kardashian's floral Givenchy dress at the Met Gala, which Robin Williams pointed out via Twitter that the gown looked quite similar to his character Euphegenia Doubtfire on Mrs. Doubtfire.
A month later, the "Wrecking Ball" singer cleaned up her look for the Fashion Group International's Night of the Stars where she sparkled in a shimmering green Marc Jacobs gown, presenting an award to the designer who she considers a style inspiration.
Topping Time's Best-Dressed list were Jennifer Lawrence's Dior pale pink Dior gown at the Oscars, Kate Middleton's Emilia Wickstead dress as she showed her baby bump for the first time while visiting the National Portrait Gallery and Rihanna's red Azzedine Alaia gown at the Grammys.
