Miley Cyrus has cancelled her New Years Eve appearance at the Fontainebleau pool in Miami and will instead ring in 2014 in Times Square. The singer was supposed to co-host and perform with Pharrell and Afrojack, but not anymore after receiving the offer from Ryan Seacrest to perform on his New Year’s Rockin Eve Special from New York. Cyrus expressed her disappointment for the last second cancellation via Twitter.
