Darren Aronofsky is hoping to gather two of every theater-goer with his new movie "Noah."
The first official trailer for the "Black Swan" director's biblical epic debuted on Thursday. The film stars Russell Crowe as the titular hero, as well as Emma Watson and Jennifer Connelly.
Anthony Hopkins also appears in the flick as the wizened Methuselah.
The trailer shows off the production's extensive special effects, including a rain of comets upon the earth and, of course, an ark.
The clip begins with Noah's apocalyptic premonition. "He's going to destroy the world," Noah announces fretfully, before beginning his ambitious shipbuilding project.
The official release date of the movie has yet to be announced.
