Miley Cyrus dons shiny black pants as she arrives at The Pancake Factory on Thursday night (November 7) in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The 20-year-old entertainer was joined by a group of pals, including DJ Afrojack.
“it’s always when you least expect it,” she tweeted that same night.
