Miley Cyrus was the host and musical guest for Saturday Night Live last night.
Although the controversial singer played it pretty low key (save for a sexy satire on the current government shutdown), she did address some of the recent headlines about her during the monologue.
First, Miley joked that she was going to twerk, but explained why that's so not cool anymore.
She even joked about her raunchy VMA performance and shared one of the "more tame" moments with the audience.
Of course, she also addressed the whole foam finger controversy.
