Miley Cyrus performed double duty as host and musical guest on Saturday Night Live this week.
Of course, the controversial singer wasn't afraid to address some of her headline-grabbing behavior and performed a couple of funny skits about exactly that.
However, when it came time for Miley to perform the song that kicked off all the controversy, she kept it surprisingly somber.

While this was nothing like her VMA performance, her outfit did remind us a little bit of the all-white ensemble Lady Gaga wore when she first took the stage during the awards show!
