Is the demanding tour schedule taking its toll, or did Harry just have a wee stomach bug?
According to accounts from people that were at the Melbourne concert, Harry left the stage three times to deal with his sickies.
One fan relayed the details on Twitter, writing, "He was really sick tonight and his back was also killing him he kept holding it and he ran off stage about 5 time."
Harry isn't the only One Direction guy with ailments, as Niall Horan's knee has been acting up, even causing him to dodge fans recently because he was in pain.
