Miley Cyrus Says Meeting Queen Elizabeth Was The 'Scariest' Moment Of Her Life

Miley Cryus claims meeting Queen Elizabeth and President Barack Obama were the most nerve-wracking moments of her life.

The 'We Can't Stop' singer has been hailed as the 'Queen of Twerking' following her controversial performance with Robin Thicke at the MTV VMAs last month, but it seems she wasn't quite as confident went she met the Queen of England.

The unruly 20-year-old claims she had to be on her best behaviour when greeting her majesty and it resulted in a nail biting experience for the star.

"It was kind of insane for me when I had to perform for the president. That was kind of crazy. And the queen. Actually meeting her was scarier than the performance because I had to remember so much," she told French radio station NRJ.

Miley was equally as star-struck when performing for Obama, who she hailed as the "coolest" before explaining that she respects his political beliefs.

She gushed: "Obama is the coolest person ever. He represents our country well and what we should be representing, something new and freedom and being capable of anything you want to do. That was one of the coolest things I've gotten to do."

The former Disney star insists she is trying to set a positive example for her young fans despite the backlash she has received for her raunchy videos and wild antics, but she has no intentions of changing her behaviour anytime soon.

Miley added: "I feel like the best way of fighting my haters is just keep letting them do what they do and don't let them faze you, just keep doing what you do. Success is the best form of revenge.''
