Demi Lovato and frienemy Taylor Swift were spotted at Barneys of New York in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Sunday - just a few hours before the Heart Attack singer took on/off boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama shopping at the same store.
The pop-country duo exited the store at the same time and were careful not to look at the camera.
Made In The USA singer Demi, 21, looked stylish in a black leather jacket, black leather handbag, and skinny jeans.
Taylor, 23, sported a burgundy hat, white shirt dress and black stockings to shop.The pair haven't always been so chummy.
In March, it was rumoured that Demi had dissed the country crooner, slamming Taylor for writing about her love life in her music.
'A lot of celebrities don’t open up to their fans,' Demi said on Minnesota radio station, KDWB. 'They just tell them what they want to hear.
'They don’t really tell them things that can benefit their lives. They just, you know, maybe flaunt around a boyfriend and sell a couple albums. That’s not what my career is about.'
The X Factor judge has worked hard to keep her relationship with Wilmer under wraps - even though her song Heart Attack is rumoured to be about the That 70s Show star.
When Demi took Wilmer to Barneys, the on/off couple were very careful not to be photographed at the store together.
But despite best efforts to fool photographers into thinking they were there separately, the 21-year-old pop singer and her 33-year-old 'ex' were spotted driving away from the high-end store together in his SUV.
The pair first started dating in 2010, but personal issues and work schedules kept the couple apart romantically.
Both Lovato and Valderrama have gone on record to state that they are 'just friends' but are 'very close.'
A few minutes later, 'former flame' Valderrama was seen exiting the posh store wearing a dusty suede sports coat, black t-shirt, jeans and combat boots.
The Raising Hope actor headed to the valet to pick up his keys while Lovato laid low, away from the photographers who were standing by.
After picking up his SUV, Lovato jumped into the passenger side of the car as the two rushed off from the 'scene of the crime,' but not before the paparazzi nabbed of few images of the couple.
Rumors of the couple's reconciliation began several months ago when Valderrama began visiting Lovato on the set of X-Factor.
Several months later, they were spotted furniture shopping together in spring and Lovato calling Valderrama 'Love' on Twitter.
In August, Valderrama sent Lovato a loving birthday message via Twitter that read: 'I’ve been so proud of the strength & commitment you’ve gained 4 life, keep inspiring us all! Happy birthday my @ddlovato! With & by u always'
A few hours after the shopping trip, Lovato surprised fans and announced her Neon Light Tour via Facebook. The tour will kick off on Feb. 9, 2014 in Vancouver, Canada.
