Watch Demi sing "Made In the USA" below, featuring Nick on the drums! We love that they're friends and they work together from time to time.
Demi also picked up Choice Female Artist, Choice Single Female Artist, and Choice TV Personality for The X Factor, while Nick was awarded the Acuvue Inspire Award, for his efforts in raising awareness about Type 1 diabetes.
Nick later tweeted: "A big thank you to #Acuvue for selecting me to win the Inspire Award! So honored"
Demi tweeted after the show, "Thank you guys so much for the Teen Choice Awards!!!! Love you all sooooo much!!!"
Demi also had the pleasure of meeting Ed Sheeran, who presented an award to her.
He later tweeted the pic below, writing: "@ddlovato lovely to meet ya !"
