Britney Spears' new album was voted the "Most Anticipated Event of 2013's Second Half" in the mid-year Billboard.com poll, beating new music from Lady Gaga and Beyonce's 'Mrs. Carter' tour and possible album.
In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, BritBrit told the popular TV and radio host that we can expect to hear her new music "by the end of the year" but didn't provide many other details about the upcoming album.
Just yesterday, the singer was spotted at a recording studio in Hollywood and gave her fans a big hint about what she's been working on.
"Really excited 2 give u a taste of my new album... can't wait 2 share what I've been working on. Going to be my most personal album ever :)" she tweeted.
Since Britney seems to be getting pretty serious with boyfriend David Lucado, maybe that means we'll hear some more mature love songs instead of the traditional pop ballad.
Either way, we can't wait to hear what Britney's been working on and to hear more about the songstress' own life in her own words.
