Justin Bieber takes photos with fans while leaving his hotel on Monday night (July 29) in New York City.
The 19-year-old entertainer then headed to the Meatpacking District where he grabbed dinner with some of his guy pals, including hometown friends Ryan Butler and Chaz Somers.

The weekend before, Justin was spotted arriving for ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez‘s 21st birthday party at Revolve Beach House in Malibu, Calif.
