This time the Biebs didn't spit on someone but was caught spatting off of his Toronto hotel balcony.
Although it is obvious he spit in pics obtained by TMZ, it isn't obvious who JB spit on or what he spit on. Many think he could've possibly spit towards the ground his fans were standing on!
Beliebers did surround the hotel Justin was staying at...he even posted a Instagram movie showing them off.

We know he's been naughty lately but we honestly don't think he'd spit on Beliebers!
