Regardless, Rosie and Harry certainly looked like a cute pairing as they posed for an Instagram photo together.
The supermodel was finally able to share photos this week from her top secret magazine cover shoot with Harry and his One Direction bandmates, taken back in April.
In one image, Rosie, 26, is seen with her arms wrapped around a relaxed Harry, 19, during a spot of downtime on the shoot.
Posting the photo to her Instagram, Rosie wrote: '@harrystyles and I behind the scenes of our @glamourmag cover shoot a few months ago! #throwbackthursday.'
As well as posing with them for the shoot, she also checked them out on stage.
She posted another image of herself backstage with Harry and his bandmates Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan, taken during one of the gigs on the UK leg of their Take Me Home world tour.
Full of praise for the five-piece, she tweeted: 'Hanging out backstage at the @onedirection concert after our glamourmag shoot. Lovely and talented.'
Rosie and 1D share the cover of the August issue of the American edition of Glamour magazine for their annual music issue.
The cover image sees Rosie surrounded by the boys, with her holding hands with Harry and putting another hand on Zayn's cheek.
Further details and photos of the Glamour shoot won't be available online until July 2.
