Taylor Swift Called Disgusting Names by Westboro Baptist Church

The nonsensical hate-filled Westboro Baptist Church has gone after everyone from gay people to fallen soldiers to a little girl selling lemonade. But their latest target is a lot more famous. Taylor Swift has found herself on the receiving end of the WBC hate squad. The so-called "church" recently went to the trouble to issue a press release calling Taylor Swift a "whore" and accusing her of "serial fornication."

Writes the Crazy Nutjob Church:

@TaylorSwift13 works her 'girl next door' country-singer shtick, while hopping from one young man to the next and strutting across the world stage like a proud whore. [Her father] has no compunction about her immodest vulgar appearance or serial fornication. With a hating hypocrite for a dad -- who will jealously guard her income, while not giving a thought for her never-dying soul -- no wonder she grew up to be the poster child for the young whores of doomed-america [sic].

Hmmm. I didn't realize the WBC hated women as much as gay people. Of course, this should come as no surprise. These are the same emotionally disturbed people who said the children of the Newtown massacre got what they deserved.

Anyway, it's no shocker that such a rancid group of rabid ranters would take on Taylor Swift for not being the Virgin Mary, but a lot of people are actually agreeing with them. Which is sad. What business is it of anyone's if Taylor chooses to date a lot of men? And who says she's sleeping with them all? And even if she is, so what? Get the Bible out of your ass and wake up. Sex is a natural act and it's been around a lot longer than the Christian idea of marriage. Jesus wouldn't have judged Taylor, so what gives anyone else the right?

These jokers get too much attention as it is, so I'm loathe to give them more, but why not call them out for what they are: A bunch of miserable twats. If their religion made them peaceful and content, they wouldn't be so full of hate for everyone. It's really just about hating themselves.

What do you think of what WBC says about Taylor?
