Just when you thought Selena Gomez's role in Spring Breakers was intense, there are new reports her next flick will be very dark and sexy!
According to Hollywoodlife.com, Selena's upcoming movie Rudderless will show off a darker side if Selena. She reportedly engages in sex and joins a cult in the new movie too.
The movie is a musical drama about the power of a parent's love. When a grieving father in a downward spiral stumbles across a box of his deceased son's original music, he forms a band, hoping to find peace in the wake of his tragic loss.
"Selena's character once dated a guy named Josh, the character who is dead. She shares some tears with Emily, who is played by Felicity Huffman. She also interacts with Billy Crudup, who plays Sam, Josh's dad (the grieving father)," a source close to the production told Hollywoodlife.com.
"Two years later, Selena's character sees Sam again, but he doesn't remember her. At this time, she goes by her middle name, Ann. She's mad at Sam for playing Josh's songs and she yells at him. Selena's character talks about why she changes her name and it's because people badgered her about sex and being in a cult - she even had to change schools," the source continued.
