Justin Bieber’s tweets were the subject of a funny experiment by Jimmy Fallon and one of his “Late Night” writers, Arthur Meyer.
After noticing the crazy amount of retweets The Biebs gets for innocuous posts such as “having fun,” Fallon instructed Meyer to mimic the singer’s tweets on his own account and see how many retweets he could get.
On the first day, Meyer got only two retweets for copying Bieber’s “we hard hard” tweet, but that number shot up drastically when the pop star became aware of the writer’s experiment and tweeted about it.
Bieber even turned the tables by copying one of Meyer’s posts.
