But it would appear Justin Bieber has now got a new lady in his sights after he was spotted driving around Calabasas, Los Angeles, with a mystery woman on Sunday.
The 19-year-old singer seemed to be in high spirits as he scooted around town with an unidentified blonde sat in the passenger seat of his SUV.
Chatting away as they navigated the streets together, Justin and his female friend looked as though they were sharing a joke as they cruised around.
Wearing dark shades to shelter his eyes from the Californian sun, the Baby hitmaker appeared keen to keep a low profile as he covered his face with a peaked baseball cap.
And the star made sure to let his Twitter followers know just what a good time he was having during the current break in his usually jam-packed schedule.
On Sunday night, he wrote: 'Having fun. enjoying the much needed time off. just needed to come on here and say i appreciate all of u. thanks. love u.'
Justin's most recent appearance comes as it's claimed his bad behaviour around the gated community he lives in has casued some neighbours to refuse to pay their monthly service charges.
Residents in the upmarket neighbourhood pay $1,000 a month for residential services, such as security and street cleaning, but some believe the Homeowner Association (HOA) have failed to do enough over Justin's reckless behaviour.
The 19-year-old has reportedly frequently upset neighbours with noisy house parties and speeding in recent months.
In March, he was reported to have spat in a neighbour's face after he was confronted over speeding in his Ferrari.
The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department are said to be investigating the incident, during which Justin was alleged to have said: 'I'm going to f**king kill you.'
While their current relationship status remains unknown, Justin's on-off girlfriend Selena, 20, was spotted indulging in a spot of retail therapy on Saturday afternoon when she hit the shops in Studio City.
A source recently told HollywoodLife: 'Justin and Selena are dating but they are taking things slow.
'Coming back together now, the couple has years of experience and they’re treating the relationship more maturely this time around. They now know what the stakes are.'
