Justin Bieber keeps his head down as he leaves the Laugh Factory on Monday night (June 17) in Hollywood.
The 19-year-old singer seems to have gotten some shading done on his arm because he now has a complete half-sleeve of tattoos!
“Last week off. #believetour is back Saturday in San Diego! Ready? #newmusic soon,” he later tweeted.
The week before, Justin kept a low profile while heading out of the Kanye West album listening party held at Milk Studios.
