Justin Bieber is off the hook in an incident that involved him hitting a photographer Monday night.
The singer was leaving the Laugh Factory in LA with Lil Twist shortly before midnight and was swarmed by photographers as he tried to depart in his white Ferrari.
In the video taken by TMZ, you can see the Biebs gesturing for the paps to clear but as he pulls away, he pins one between his car and another parked car.
Last night, they reported the police were investigating Justin for a possible hit and run, but today, he's been cleared by the LAPD.
Police reportedly questioned Justin last night a few hours after the incident and he said he didn't realize he had hit the photographer. Additionally, police said the pap was at fault because he was standing in the road.
With all of the trouble Justin's been having behind wheel lately, maybe he should look into a driver?
