Harry Styles And Niall Horan Ditch The One Direction Diet As They Enjoy Midnight Snacks

One Direction have reportedly been put on a new diet after bosses were concerned the stars had piled on the pounds in recent weeks, but it looks like Harry Styles and Niall Horan are refusing to stop indulging in fatty foods, with the pair enjoying some midnight snacks.

While it's been said the lads are on a "low carb," diet Irish hunk Niall Horan clearly had no intention to sticking to it as he proudly showed off a snap of a fajitas he'd whipped up in the kitchen last night.

The lads are heading to Mexico to as part of their Take Me Home world tour, so we wonder if the blonde stud was inspired by the spicy country for his snack. Looks like singing isn't Niall's only talent as we think the food feast looks mighty tasty.

Niall isn't the only one ignoring the diet regime, as Harry Styles proudly revealed to fans he'd indulged in a lemon curd sandwich. The curly haired cutie claimed he hadn't had one for 12 years, but appeared to have regained a taste for it.

The lads have reportedly been working with mixed martial arts experts and sticking to protein shakes in an effort to bulk up for the next stage of their world tour.

"It’s important for the boys to be in the best shape physically possible for these dates," a source told The Mirror.

"Bosses don’t want half measures, and as the boys spend a lot of time travelling, there can be a tendency to eat junk food and play lots of video games."

The insider went on: "But thanks to Mark and Jimmy’s new regime, they’ve been working out lots more. Harry has really bulked up his arms, and Liam has a sturdy set of abs.

"Niall, Louis and Zayn have been working out with separate trainers, but they’re getting into it, too."

They added: "Their trainers have insisted they eat healthier food, and it helps that they had healthy catering for the UK leg of their tour.

"It’s a great starting point for all the hard work they’re going to have to put in ahead of their stadium tour next year."
