Forbes has just released their 2013 list of the world's 100 most powerful celebrities and there were definitely some surprises this year.
Justin Bieber, for example, slipped from No. 3 to No. 9, while Lady Gaga jumped from No. 5 in 2012 to No. 2 this year.
So, who scored the coveted No. 1 spot?
Oprah Winfrey-which is not terribly surprising, considering The Big O has been in the top three for the last ten years.
Beyonce secured the No. 4 slot with $53 million in earnings over the past year while Taylor Swift made more money ($55M), but landed two spots behind Bey at No. 6.
Shockingly, Kim Kardashian was only No. 66, with an income of only $10 million, which seems relatively small in comparison.
This year's highest earner was actually Madonna, who raked in a whopping $125 million in the last 365 days!
