Her chart-topping single Heart Attack is easily en route to becoming the anthem of the summer.
And despite taking on a hectic schedule to promote her latest tune, Demi Lovato still made time for a day of pop music in the park at the B96 Summer Bash at Toyota Park in Chicago on Saturday.
The 20-year-old proudly displayed her figure in a black mesh crop top and studded bustier.
Demi, who recently died her hair bottle blonde, completed her punk-styled outfit with a curve hugging striped blazer and shimmering black disco trousers.
The Heart Attack singer also pulled up her sleeves to reveal her growing collection of tattoos, which include a flock of birds on her right arm and a pair of lips on the other.
The performance was just a quick break in her busy schedule as last week she began filming auditions in New Orleans, Louisiana for the third season of The X Factor.
While on stage Demi chatted with the crowd about her special connection with the Windy City.
'This is the place that saved my life,' she said, referencing her stay in an Illinois rehab facility in 2011.
'If anybody out there is dealing with an eating disorder, substance abuse, cutting, bullying -- whatever it is, I want you guys to know that I've been dealing with it and gotten through it.'
Later on Saturday the Skyscaper songstress jetted off to Toronto, Canada for the 2013 MuchMusic Video Awards.
After her crowd-stopping set she was later joined for a duet with singer Cher Lloyd.
Earlier in the afternoon the British songstress had no troubles getting her fans on their feet as she took to the stage for her own set.
The brunette beauty showed off her quirky fashion sense in a leather skirted bib-top dress with a matching leopard print and leather shirt underneath.
Taking her post as celebrity host was Miley Cyrus, who made her way on stage between acts in a slimming and revealing red Valentino pant suit.
Wearing heavy eye-liner and bright lipstick to match, the Party in the USA singer accesorised her outfit with thin gold jewellery around her neck and wrists.
She shared snaps from behind the scenes as she lounged around during the show with her mother Tish and youngest sister Noah.
The show of support comes days after her mother filed for divorce from her country singer father Billy Ray Cyrus.
Despite being on the road with her girls, the 20-year-old still made sure to reach out to her dad on Father's Day on Sunday.
'Happy Daddy Day @billyraycyrus,' she tweeted, adding a heart emoticon at the end of her message.
Also taking the stage were Avril Lavigne, Ne-Yo, DJ Afrojack, EMBLEM3 and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, who were spotted chatting with Miley back stage.
'Shout out to my boo @MileyCyrus for introducing us tonight. Best intro ever,' the Thriftshop rapper wrote.
