Demi Lovato has had her fair share of dark days and struggles, but she has some very famous friends who helped her out--Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas.
When life gets tough, you need good friends to lean on.
In a new interview, Demi explains, "Fortunately, I have family and friends around me that are very, very supportive of me and my recovery and everything that I stand for."
She adds, Nick especially...and Selena...because Selena called me crying when I was in there and was just so worried, and I was like, 'Look, I should the one crying! It's all good.' But she was so worried and ever since then we've gotten closer."
Demi counts Nick as a close friend too, explaining, "Same with Nick. He's always been there for me as well."
Aw!
She adds, "I have more confidence then I did a couple years ago, and to me, confidence is sexy."
