Check out the video of Selena's recent Z103.5 interview (around 9:15), where the interviewer asks Selena about Demi.
Selena dishes, "I grew up with Demi, I've known her since I was seven...we've had our distance and we've had our moments, but she's one person that I will always love and she'll always have a place in my heart."
As for the party, Selena said Demi is definitely on the guest list: "She better be at my birthday party."
Earlier in the interview, Sel spoke about who she talks with if she needs advice...first up, her mom, of course. But following a close second are her friends, including bestie Taylor Swift.
