Zayn Malik has been targetted by vicious racists online, accusing him of being a "terrorist" and supporting al Qaeda.
The One Direction star's sister Doniya Malik controversially branded the trolls "faggits" (sic) as she stepped in to defend him.
When Twitter user @WaheedALii posted a photo of Osama Bin Laden and captioned it "Zayn Malik's new single", she responded: "clearly your obsessed with zayn! Get a life sad f***! He don't even know you exist!"
That only prompted more users to bombard her with comments about her famous brother, including: "Wtf is up with this zayn malik hype, i swear he’s a terrorist?... - Hes osama bin ladens son."
Doniya continued to hit back at them, and later told a supporter: "haha I knw they argu with me and then screen shot it and say oh look at me had an argument with zayns sister! What faggits".
Zayn, who is dating Perrie Edwards of Little Mix, said last time he fell victim to a major onslaught of racist trolls: "Nasty things were said like I’m a terrorist. How can you justify that? How can you call me that and get away with it?
"You can say whatever you want about me, I’m not bothered. But when it starts to upset people I care about or I hear about it from my mum, that’s a problem."
