Jimmy stops by to introduce Kevin, Nick and Joe Jonas to Sara (no "h" because it's "ew!"), an overzealous 14-year-old superfan played by Fallon.

Kevin says the new album comes out "a little later this year," but their new single "Pom Poms" is out now.
