Louis Tomlinson 'Installs £15,000 Panic Room At Mansion To Protect Girlfriend'

The 1D star is reportedly concerned about Eleanor's safety after she received death threats

Louis Tomlinson has reportedly installed a £15,000 panic room at his Hertfordshire home in a bid to protect his girlfriend Eleanor Calder, who has been receiving death threats from “crazed stalkers.”

The One Direction star is said to be worried about his safety after his model girlfriend Eleanor has been continually flooded with death threats, prompting Louis to take the high-security precautionary measures.

According to The Sun, Louis is trying to be “realistic” about the prospect of his home being invaded by a stalker so has built in a panic room at his £2.5 million mansion.

“Louis loves the fans and isn't overwhelmed with paranoia. He's just a realist about the dangers of being in the spotlight,” a source close to One Direction told the newspaper.

“One Direction followers are notorious for tracking the lads down, so that's made him a bit cautious. This is just something that makes him feel safe.”

Louis is the only 1D member who has installed the safe room – Zayn Malik has reportedly also installed a panic room in his £2 million North London pad.
