Just when you thought Harry Styles couldn't get any more adorable, he did. The curly haired cutie has been keeping it in the family - and his Grandad has been speaking out about just how lovely his grandson is.
Brian Selley was invited to watch his daughter's celebrity son perform to crowds, and did so from the comfort of a VIP box. He said that even though Harry is quite busy these days, he always makes time for his family. "It was so lovely having Harry come over to me before the concert." Brian told the Mirror.
"I'm very proud of him, Harry hasn't changed at all. He's still the same."
He added "He always has a smile on his face and is very loving and caring. We're all lucky to have him. To me he's just loveable Harry. I don't think of him as this well known pop star like everyone else."
Brain hadn't seen his grandson perform before, and made the trip to London's 02 arena from his home in Odiham, Hampshire. But it sounds like he might become a regular gig goer from now on! "Harry is a wonderful performer. I was so impressed seeing him live for the first time. It was absolutely brilliant. The boys were fantastic and I couldn't have been more proud."
Brian remembers a time when another group of young lads were playing sold out stadiums and attracting crowds of girls. "I remember Beatlemania when I was younger and it was very much like that. The girls were screaming so loud - it was deafening."
"My daughter Anne was concerned before the concert that the noise would be too loud for me, but I would really like to go again."
But is Brian bothered by people gossiping about his grandson? "I don't like to read all the nonsense about him. A lot of it is rubbish. He's just a young man enjoying himself," he commented.
Hear hear! It sounds like he and Harry share some sensible genes. Maybe Grandad Styles will be down at the front and dancing for the next gig!
