The 20-year-old actress/singer wore a low-cut red suit with a Moschino jacket as she headed towards her ride with mom Tish.
” I promise the music is coming SOON! Every time we think shes done with the album, AMAZING music just keeps coming!” Tish tweeted to a fan asking about Miley‘s music.
