The 20-year-old entertainer was seen taking the time to pose for some pics with fans, who had waited outside for her.
The day before, Miley showed off her flat tummy in a Mickey Mouse top while attending the Marc Jacobs Collection Fall 2013 Fashion Show, where she was spotted posing with the always gorgeous Cara Delevingne.
