The same day, the 20-year-old was spotted sporting a black and white striped dress as she posed for some photos with fans.
“I promise the music is coming SOON! Every time we think shes done with the album, AMAZING music just keeps coming!” her mom Tish tweeted.
The night before, Miley attended her Cosmopolitan cover celebration held at Acme Restaurant.
