The 20-year-old actress/singer is currently working on a new album and recently signed a record deal with RCA, according to Billboard.
Earlier in the week, Miley and a pal took her adorable pups Floyd, Mary Jane, and Happy for a walk to grab a cup of coffee in Toluca Lake.
