It looks like Selena Gomez could be lonely this Valentine's Day as her boyfriend Justin Bieber will reportedly be hosting Saturday Night Live on the most romantic day of the year.
The 'Boyfriend' singer took his mind off the tragic death of a photographer who was following his car earlier this week, teasing fans about his upcoming appearance on the spoof entertainment show.
"2013 got some big things coming.... gonna stay positive. #BELIEVE," Justin tweeted on Wednesday.
"2013. what's coming? #snl ???"
According to HollywoodLife.com, Justin has been in talks with producers to host the February 16 addition, falling on the Valentine's Day weekend.
"They are going through all the discussions about hosting or performing or both, and the exact date, [but] the one thing that is for sure is that Justin will be on SNL this season," a source told the website.
Justin's appearance will no doubt help promote his upcoming acoustic version of his latest album Believe which is scheduled for release on January 29.
While he may not be with Selena on Valentine's Day weekend, Justin has reportedly penned new tracks about the love of his life to feature on the record.
“Justin told Selena that he wrote her a bunch of new songs and they are going on the album," the insider reveals to HollywoodLife.com.
“He is desperate for her attention, but she is flattered. Sel loves him but just wants him to treat her better. But she loves when he sings about her, so she’s flattered.”
