Miley Cyrus has joked she couldn't live in a house full of girls because she would "strangle them".
The 20-year-old stars in So Undercover, in which she joins a college sorority as a private eye for the FBI.
Due to her lucrative career in show business, Miley was never part of an all-girl college social group, but the star doesn't feel she has missed out.
"I definitely don't regret not being in a sorority," she told the British edition of OK! magazine.
"I couldn't live in a house full of girls. I would definitely not last. I would strangle them in their sleep!"
Miley rose to fame at the age of 12, when she became the star of children's show Hannah Montana.
Her love for acting meant she couldn't attend a regular high school, which is one thing she does regret.
"High school is something I wish I would have had," she admitted.
"I still got to go to prom but it wasn't the same. Like, people bugged me for photos when I was at the prom. I went with a gay guy, and it was like the best, most fabulous night of my whole life. So I actually had a really good time when I got to go, but it was different, because it wasn't like I got asked by my high school boyfriend or anything."
So Undercover also stars Miley's pal Kelly Osbourne and hits cinemas worldwide from December 7.
