Cheeky Niall Horan knows Katy Perry is a bit of a fan - and he adores her, too.
'Oh man - she's amazing!' the One Direction star tells Now's Dan Wootton.
'I think she feels a little bit of ownership over me because she was the one to put me through on The X Factor when she was a guest judge.
'Katy's super-hot. And she's really cool as well.'
At the MTV VMAs, 19-year-old Niall got to give Katy a real smacker.
'She was the first person to say hi backstage,' says Niall.
'The first thing I saw was her with her lips out.
'I just went straight for her lips.'
