Harry Styles may be claiming to be single in interviews with newspapers, magazines and on TV shows but it appears that behind closed doors the One Direction star is telling a different story.
The hunk has been linked to Taylor Swift of late and last week X Factor insiders tweeted that the pair were laughing, joking and getting very close behind the scenes of the hit US talent show. However, if new reports are to be believed then the pop princess and Harry are just friends, because apparently he’s been gushing to his dad about the lovely Cara Delevingne.
Harry and Cara were spotted together at London Fashion Week in September, when she took to the catwalk for the high profile Burberry show.
It has since been claimed that Cara’s management have told her to steer clear of the boyband singer, saying being linked to him may damage her career. But she doesn’t seem to be taking any notice.
“Harry is smitten with Cara and they’re secretly very close,” a source told heat magazine.
“Harry even thinks she could be the one. He’s keeping things low-key, but his dad has given his approval and thinks Cara is great.
“Harry sent Cara flowers and a present before she hit the catwalk for Victoria’s secret, because it was her debut. He texted her all the way through, telling her how gorgeous and wonderful she looked.”
