It's been well established that we love Demi Lovato--but check out this video from a recent concert, where Demi talks to the crowd after a Barbie doll is flung her way.
We love Demi's honesty--and the way that her experiences and words can have such a huge impact on Lovatics.
Demi tells her fans, "I've been through so much in my 20 years of life... And it's very important that I share this story with you guys because I know there are a lot of you guys in this audience tonight that have dealt with bullying, that have dealt with an eating disorder, self harm or substance abuse."
She adds, "I know how you guys feel and I want to show you guys that you can get through it because I'm living proof right here."
As for Barbie, Demi says, "It's kind of ironic because I spent my whole life trying to be this and to look like this. And guess what? I'm not this."
She added, "And it means the world to me that you guys still love me no matter what."
Demi gives Barbie the old heave ho and then sings Skyscraper.
