Congrats to Taylor Swift and Hunter Hayes!
The two young artists are nominated for a slew of awards at the 2012 CMA Awards.
Taylor, 22, — who is up for Musical Event of the Year, Entertainer of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year — tweeted, “Woke up to the wonderful news, 3 CMA nominations! Entertainer, female, and so excited to be nominated with @thecivilwars for vocal event!!”
“I am OVER THE TOP excited to be nominated for CMA New Artist of the Year!! My first CMA Nomination!! So grateful, so excited. Thank YOU!” Hunter, 21, added about his New Artist nom.
The 2012 CMA Awards will air on Thursday, November 1st @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
