Miley Cyrus got slammed with an awkward moment when rapper and reality TV star, Flavor Flav, ran into her backstage and thought she was Gwen Stefani!
He called her Gwen several times and Miley never corrected him!
After they posed for a pic together, someone from his camp told him that she was Miley Cyrus. His response? He was embarrassed and couldn't believe that was "Hannah Montana" -- LOL! He quickly went over and apologized and she just laughed it off.
