Justin Tweeted a picture of himself, Zayn Malik and Niall, 18, which was taken after the MTV Video Music Awards.
'chillin with the homies,' wrote the 18-year-old Canadian star.
There are clearly no hard feelings between the boys, despite the fact 1D beat Justin to the Most Share-Worthy Video Award.
The party must have been a good one as poor Zayn, 19, wound up on crutches after their night of celebrations at Justin's swish California pad.
Maybe he was at the hospital the following day because just Justin and Niall ended up sharing a home-cooked meal.
