No-one likes that Sunday night feeling. The working week is about to start, homework needs to be finished and after a weekend of lazy lie ins, it's time to set your alarm clock for an early start.
And one man will be setting his alarm clock for a very early hour - Radio One's Nick Grimshaw.
Grimmy will be presenting his first proper breakfast show from 7AM tomorrow, taking over from breakfast's self appointed "saviour" Chris Moyles.
Grimmy is an experienced DJ, having been at the BBC since 2005. But he's probably a little bit nervous about inheriting approximately 8 million listeners.
Luckily, Grimmy is good mates with One Direction's Harry Styles - so if the pair are hanging out today, there are all sorts of ways that Harry could be cheering him up and calming him down.
Perhaps Harry will help Grimmy with his hair - after all, they're both famous for the volume of their trademark curls. Or Harry could bring Grimmy along on a date with Natalie Imbruglia - who's rumoured to be Hazza's latest squeeze.
But it's most likely that Harry will be sharing the contents of his iPod with Grimmy, as the DJ is believed to be doubling the music output of the breakfast show. Fans are expected to tune in for his interview with Justin Bieber, although the rest of tomorrow's content is a closely guarded secret.
